چکیده
A precast concrete deck-steel beam-connection (PCSC) connector using ultra-high-performance (UHPC) as post-cast has been proposed to enable rapid on-site construction of assembled composite bridges. This paper aims optimize the structure PCSC connectors finite element (FE) model maximize material utilization and economic efficiency. refined FE comprising bond degradation at steel–UHPC interface was developed based on push-out experimental results connectors. The shear mechanism analyzed. Subsequently, parametric analyses were performed investigate effects stud diameter, height, spacing, strength mechanical properties indicate that steel–connection positively affects bearing capacity stiffness When UHPC used connection concrete, it improved by about 20% 16% compared with normal but ductility 38% lower. It also found increasing compressive increased specimens. However, when exceeded 130 MPa, additional did not significantly enhance performance In order ensure effective restraint studs, is recommended minimum width height be determined horizontal spacing studs. Specifically, length-to-diameter ratio studs greater than or equal 3.18, can least 2.82 d, clear distance between outer shank edge cannot less 30 mm. are expected provide a reference for engineering design conventional UHPC.

متن کاملInvestigation of channel shear connectors for composite concrete and steel T-beam
This paper evaluates the behavior of channel shear connectors, embedded in a concrete slab, with different concrete materials. The results of a series of limited push-out specimens were presented and discussed. The push-out tests comprise of channel shear connectors in different types of concrete. Reinforcement was included in some specimens, as well. The results showed that using reinforcement...
